To celebrate the twenty years of his career, on November 23rd 2010 the new live compilation from Marco Masini is to be released. It's entitled Un palco lungo... 20 anni! ("a stage long... 20 years!") and contains the recording of the concert which took place on May 14th 2009 at the Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence.

Marco Masini celebrates a career and a life spent for and in music with the album Un palco lungo... 20 anni! It was 1990 when he sang Disperato on the Sanremo Festival stage. A difficult career, made of choices that were against the trend and anticonformistic, tenaciously vital, with the youth anger against an existence that does not take the desired way. Many identified themselves in the lyrics of the Florentine singer and song writer. With his songs, he celebrated the frustration for an unfortunate love story, the desire to escape, the sweetness of remembering, the sorrow for an abandonment and, in his most mature works, the joy for life, which shows you the way to go when you least expect.
Twenty years of poetry and music the Masini's way, collected in a box to be released on November 23rd. A double CD, with 23 among his best pieces, and a DVD with the live concert held in Mandela Forum in Florence, in order to say to his fans: thanks for being with me, I will always be with you.

The new work is released by Joe & Joe, distributed by Edel Italia, and will be available in a box with DVD and double CD for € 24.90, or in a standard DVD case for € 16.90. Here are the track lists:
