2003 was one of the best years ever for all of us that met on Marco Masini Internet websites. We were very few people, because of Marco's artistic carreer stop, and this might be one of the reasons for which our relations strenghened a lot during 2002 and 2003, when many self-made meetings were organized to stay together, even if Marco was not present. Then, in October 2003, Marco came back to the scene!

2002
2002 was a quite controversial year: after announcing his retirement, Marco made just some summer concerts in Italian squares, introducing the emergent band called Anima, led by Riccardo Cherubini. Marco's purpose was to leave the singer and songwriter career in order to become the producer of this new band.
